assignment Project Details

The Baldwin Road projects consists of the replacement of an existing two lane asphalt road with a 4 lane boulevard concrete roadway. Additionally, five round abouts are being constructed to improve traffic flow throughout this corridor. Phase 1 was started in late 2017 with Phase 2 completed in October 2020.
