CHERRY CREEK CORPORATE PARK

 

Located in Shelby Township, Cherry Creek Corporate Park involved the construction of over a mile of concrete roadway with a complete sewer and water system. 

 

Our work included:

  • Moving 115,000 cubic yards of dirt
     

  • Installing 8,250 feet of sanitary sewer
     

  • 7,800 feet of water-main
     

  • 10,800 feet of storm sewer ranging from 12" to 72"
     

  • 30,500 square yards of 9" concrete paving

Completing this work before the end of the year allowed the owner early access  to the building sites the following year.  It's effort like this that wins repeat customers and establishes long-term relationships.
